This project involved creating the front entry of a retirement village with high-quality brickwork, a secure gatehouse, a modern mailbox area and sliding gate system with number plate recognition technology. To create a sustainable landscape, the scope included a fully automated irrigation system. Entry landscaping featured a selection of plants within the designated TPZ, while lots within the retirement village included steel edging, feature trees, and mulched garden beds. The project was completed with secure boundary fencing ensuring both privacy to the residents and aesthetic appeal.
