Native Space are the head contractor for the construction of the DP3 Cloverton Active Open Space at Kalkallo. The scope includes:

• Two fully irrigated perched water table natural Sportsfields
• Tower and mulit-court lighting
• Two asphalt carparks
• Four multi-play courts
• Three cricket practice enclosures
• Local dog park
• Hardscapes
• Fencing
• Softscapes and planting

The Active Open Space is due for completion Spring 2026
