Lower Maintenance Throughout the Asset Life Cycle

Commercial landscape performance isn't measured at handover.

It's measured five, ten and twenty years later.

Native landscapes generally require less irrigation, fewer chemical treatments and lower replacement rates once established, making them an attractive option for long-term asset owners.

Combined with quality soil preparation, cultivation works, soil amelioration and appropriate establishment maintenance, native planting creates resilient landscapes capable of performing under demanding Victorian conditions.

Native Space has proudly planted over 18,000 trees all of which are recorded and health status tracked over the course of our contract maintenance period.

By tracking detailed information on the trees we plant, we can then review which species perform well depending on variants such as geography, climate, and soil conditions.

We use this information to provide feedback to planners and architects to ensure that future designs incorporate suitable species for urban landscapes.

For developers and clients managing operational budgets, this translates into lower whole-of-life costs while maintaining high-quality presentation.
